Licensed Aesthetician, Licensed Electrologist, Certified in Oncology Esthetics and Owner of Apotheca Day Spa & Salon, Amelia James has dedicated herself to the enhancement, health and maintenance to all her client’s skincare needs since 1988. 

Amelia always continues to advance her education, training, and product knowledge so that she may be able to provide her clients with the most current state of the art treatment therapies to help improve the skincare health of each individual client.

With a passion for wellness, enhancement and health of all her client’s aesthetic skincare needs, Amelia works hard to deliver optimal healing and balancing therapies.

My mission is to provide exceptional spa services with high product quality and superior customer service within a relaxing environment.  With the highest standards and integrity I continuously further my education and knowledge so that I can provide my clients with the best result oriented treatments, products and equipment within my business practice.

Appointments

I recommend making your appointments in advance to help ensure you get your preferred time.  On your first visit please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out all the necessary Skin Analysis Profile Forms.  If you arrive late, please note that your treatment will end when originally scheduled as a courtesy to the next client.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please observe my 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled treatment.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of the service, and may be given at your discretion.  Gratuities are greatly appreciated.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.  Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Gift Certificates will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.  Service prices are subject to change without notice.  Any change on service price will be subject to additional charges.  

Refund/Return Policy

30 days Merchandise Return Policy: All returns must be no longer than 30 calendar days after the purchase.
Proper Documentation:  You will need your receipt and the product in its original packaging in order to process your refund.
Good Condition:  All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unused condition before they can be accepted for a full refund.
Non-returnable Items:  I do not offer a return for discount items or gift certificates.

Visitor Policy

Treatment room is reserved for client only.  For the safety and privacy of client, I am unable to accommodate visitor to accompany the client in the treatment room.

Children’s Policy

Children are not permitted to accompany client in the treatment room.
